Become More

Do you spend time worrying about things that may not even happen?

Research indicates that 90% of what we worry about never happen, yet if you’re like me focusing on only the 10% is difficult to do.

Don’t let what you can’t control interfere with what you can.

Focusing on that person that gets under your skin takes your focus off of giving your best to the person that needs your full attention.

Worrying about what may not even happen can keep you from focusing on the moment right in front of you.

Worrying about 90% of what may never happen also keeps you from becoming.  Becoming more and becoming better.

The 90% is just a distraction.  The 10% will be enough.  It will help you become better, wiser, and stronger.  It will help you become more.

I’m cheering for you.
