Should

My One Word for 2023 is Should.

How many times do you think about the many reasons why you shouldn’t, instead of the one or two reasons why you should?

Saturday, Deb and I took advantage of an opportunity to go see my old high school coach, Kent Gade.  I’m glad we did.  There were plenty of reasons why we shouldn’t have, but one ‘should” overshadows many should nots.

The opportunity for moments come and go, and once they are gone they will not return.  I want to encourage you to step into your moments.  Take advantage of them.

Don’t let the “should not” keep you from the “should.” The “should” will bring you, and likely others, more joy and happiness.

I’m cheering for you.
