Focus – to concentrate attention or effort.

So what needs your focus today.  This definition is all controlled by you.  It has no reliance on any outside influences.  It is totally intrinsic and totally up to you.

The thing is we usually always know what we should be focused on but we become distracted and then our focus is lost or never even started.

If you have trouble with that then try to focus on small bursts and then stack those bursts of focus on top of each other.

Concentrated effort and attention doesn’t just happen.  It is a skill and something to practice and master.  The first step is wanting to be better at it and then working at it.

Let’s be more effective and more focused leaders today.

I’m in.

I’m cheering for you.
